windows - msvcr100d.dll missing from computer -


i have tried basic update suggested many, sp 1 redistribute 2010 vs x86. have tried sp 2012 , 2013. have vs 2013 , windows 7. there else can try?

msvcr100d.dll debug version of dll , should installed when install visual studio 2010 , cannot legally redistributed (so isn't part of redistributable packages).
